Our commitment

Southern Comprehensive Insurance, LLC is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we've built in

• Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, correct heading order and descriptive page titles
• A "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users
• Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element
• Text and interface colors tested to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Body text at 17px with generous line spacing, and layouts that reflow when text is enlarged to 200%
• Every form field paired with a visible, programmatically associated label
• Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative elements hidden from assistive technology
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones and tablets
• Reduced-motion support that respects your operating system preference
• Content written in plain language, tested to avoid unnecessary jargon

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed — such as maps, scheduling tools, review widgets and video players — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where that happens, we provide an alternative way to get the same information or complete the same task. If you hit a barrier, call us and a person will help you directly.
