Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, contact details, ZIP code, and whatever you choose to tell us in a form, email, text or phone call.
- Information needed to quote or enroll. Date of birth, household size, income estimates, medications, providers and health history — collected only when you ask us to quote or enroll you, and only as required by the carrier or program.

Please don't send sensitive identifiers through this website
Do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, banking details or detailed medical records through any web form or unencrypted email. We will collect that information through a secure channel when it is actually needed.

- To service your policy, conduct annual reviews and notify you of changes affecting your coverage

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With insurance carriers, FMOs and enrollment platforms, as necessary to quote, submit and service your coverage, with your authorization
- With service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, such as our CRM, email and scheduling tools
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or in response to a lawful request from CMS, the Georgia Office of Insurance, or another regulator
Health information
